Paint surface must be clean, decontaminated, and free of oils, wax, or polish residue. Clay bar if needed. Work in a dust-free environment above 60°F.

Cut film to panel size with adequate overlap (minimum 1" on all edges). SDS film cuts cleanly — use a sharp blade and straight edge for best results.

Spray slip solution generously on both the panel and the adhesive side of the film. This gives you time to position and adjust without the film bonding prematurely.

Lay film onto the panel and begin squeegeeing from center outward. Work out all slip solution and air systematically. SDS film conforms without excessive force.

Tuck or trim edges to your preferred method. Apply heat gun on low to help film conform around curves and contours. Edges hold without lifting.

Allow 24–48 hours cure time before washing. Full adhesion is reached at 72 hours. Avoid high-pressure washing on edges for the first week.
